"Bodio learns to speak" encourages the child to play sound imitation. The book is relevant from 10 months to the age when the child begins to say the first words. This is the first book in a series about the adventures of Bodie and his family. Each book in the series is a Vimelbuch with speech therapy tasks for children, depicting 17 familiar to children and related life situations. Each story describes the main skills that a child of a similar age is trying to master. The stories are constructed in a special way in order to use exactly the vocabulary that contributes to the development of speech according to age and the construction of dynamic stereotypes, because it is at an early age that words and sounds are associated with immediate actions. The book contains text-hints for illustrated stories, so an adult can not invent anything, as in a traditional Wimelbuch.
